Fitness competion benefits : For the past seven years, fitness has become a natural part of my lifestyle. The benefits—especially after becoming a mom— have been undeniable: strength, resilience, and mental clarity. To me, fitness isn’t about fitting a certain image. It’s about feeling powerful, healthy, and grounded from the inside out. World Extreme Humans events? They’re my fire. My community. The challenge that pushes me to rise higher, every single time.

Fitness Journey: 4+ Years

With over four years of unwavering dedication to health and wellness, I am a passionate advocate for fitness as a way of life. While managing a dynamic career in IT, I’ve made physical activity an integral part of my daily routine. My fitness journey is driven by consistent participation in marathons, hiking adventures, fitness competitions, and team sports such as football, badminton, and cricket. These diverse pursuits have helped me build physical endurance and strength, while also sharpening my mental focus, enhancing resilience, and instilling discipline. To me, fitness is far more than just a personal goal—it’s a holistic lifestyle that fuels professional performance, supports emotional wellbeing, and helps manage stress effectively. I believe my story serves as a reminder that maintaining a balanced and active life is entirely achievable, even in the most demanding of careers.

Fitness competion benefits : I was a chubby kid & grew up to be a chubby adult. Realized my habits & my body is hampering my daily lifestyle. Started regular gym, only to loose weight. That turned out to be an addiction and started slowly coming into competitions. Now after 3yrs of rigourous training, I compete atleast in one competition every month - can be hybrid, weight lifting or just a marathon. This has also helped me in my game of football & badminton. The competitions have now helped me better myself in my daily life also, by just focusing & competing with myself. Has now got me a postive & never give up attitude!

Fitness Journey: I had been a couch potato all my life with a sedentary lifestyle since my childhood. Once i touched 30, My body started showing the signs of fatigue and continuous health issues. I started slow with group activities for years but hardly any change or motivation touched me. Around mid of 2023, I found an amazing group named "Extreme Human" led by Mr Deep. His initiatives for training us and arranging a healthy innovative competition motivated me a lot. It is an amazing opportunity to be working out, competing and enjoying with like minded professionals. His training session were a blessing in my fitness journey as it helped me realize my full potential and unlock the capabilities. I have been part of half a dozen fitness events hosted by Mr. Deep and it really motivates me to be where i am today. At the same time, i have gained an amazing network of friends who are an asset for me. These competitions has helped me to push my boundaries and participate in events like Devils Circuit, Mountain run, trekks, Multiple Marathons and pursue many other sports. I wish to carry this positivity ahead with many more competitions to come.

Fitness competition benefits : I started my fitness journey with an aim to increase my stamina to dance better. Being a foodie I also thought I could get away with all the extra calories. Little did I know it will transform me to an extent that I start counting macros and fitness becomes a way of life. Having participated in a handful of Half marathons, Crossfit Opens and Lifting competitions, I can safely say I enjoy "the high" it gives me. Every competition let’s me self introspect and analyse my strengths & allows me to work on my weaknesses to get fitter, stronger and faster. The exhilaration competitions bring is unparalleled and something I enjoy, especially when it is with the community I love the most!

Fitness competiton benefits : My fitness journey began with athletics, where I first discovered the discipline, drive, and thrill of competition. That foundation led me to explore and embrace all kinds of sports—each one shaping me, challenging me, and teaching me something new about my body and mind. Eventually, I found my way to CrossFit—a space where intensity meets community, and limits are constantly redefined. It’s here that I’ve grown stronger not just physically, but mentally. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but every drop of sweat, every rep, and every setback has been worth it. I’ve come a long way, but this is just the beginning. Fitness is not a phase— it’s a way of life. I’m in it for the long haul, committed to evolving, learning, and pushing forward for life.

Fitness journey: 6 years

Fitness competition benefits: Years ago, I embarked on an experiment by joining a gym for group fitness classes. Since then, my fitness journey has become an enriching daily learning experience. I am thrilled with the transformation I’ve undergone—a new, organized, disciplined, and fit lifestyle that I’ve been able to instill in my daughters. At the tender ages of 13 and 8, they have broken free from the fast food culture and embraced a passion for sports. This is my greatest achievement. Fitness competitions serve as invaluable gateways to learning and collaboration. The training process, culminating in the performances, brings me immense joy and satisfaction, while also allowing me to connect with like-minded individuals. I eagerly anticipate challenging fitness competitions that push my limits and inspire me to grow.

Fitness started for me from a very young age under the influence of my Dad, who was a strong lifter and always a strong supporter in my life towards movement and sport. From my youngest days, I can remember my Dad getting us into bicycles and my Brothers and I learned to race BMX. He taught my brothers and I how to ride and we even became competitive from a very young age. Later, I began to play american football and wrestling. After living in India, many years, I had the opportunity to play rugby with the jungle crows for nearly ten years. This, along with my regular weight training, was a great encouragement. As I trained with the boys at Jungle Crows and continued to grow my own fitness which would help me as I aged. Now that I've hung up my boots and no longer play Rugby, I find myself lifting weights and doing in Enduro mountain biking. All the years of training and playing have allowed me to continue doing some of the fun things that I love and enjoy. With this, I enjoy this sport and even currently grow my skill level. I love climbing the mountains on my bike, but there is something really special about flying back down the mountain with the wind in your face. I see my parents running, riding bikes, strength training, and working on their fitness even as they are in their seventies. I hope that I can continue long training in the years ahead in my own life. When I see them doing well, it is a great inspiration to me.
